"I can't do yoga because I'm not flexible."
Yoga is more than asana (i.e. physical poses), so there's no pressure to fold yourself into a pretzel. One of my teachers said, "We don't use our body to get into a pose; we do poses to get into our body." I don't know the original author of that quote, but it is powerful because it's true! Come to a class to see why!
I offer group and private classes both in person and online. My classes are beginner-friendly and inclusive, regardless of your body size, finances, abilities, skin color, gender identity, or who you love. In other words, I offer inclusive classes that are accessible to every person.
How it works:
- Schedule a Class first then pay for the class.
- If you're attending a class that's already scheduled, simply pay before attending.
In my classes, you will:
- Choose the version of a pose that is most accessible to you.
- Use props like walls, chairs, blocks, and blankets to support your body.
- Learn yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and more.
- Always have full agency in how you practice.
- Possibly roll your eyes at my corny jokes.
