Half Hour Class (In Person)

Inflexible? Great, so am I! Come to this sweat-free class where we invite calmness to the mind, relieve stress, and gently stretch the body using props when needed. 

Yoga is for every BODY and that's why options are given for everything, including meditation, savasana, and breathing exercises. This is YOUR practice, so listen to your body and do what you need to do to feel comfortable, supported, and safe.
