One Hour Class (Online)

Beginner friendly class with a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa (slow gentle poses that are held longer, and some poses that are done in a flow using the breath as our guide). Options for each activity (pranayama/breathing exercises, meditation, savasana, etc.) will be given, props can be used, and the choice to not do an activity is available. I guide the class, but it is YOUR practice, so listen to your body and do what you need to do to feel comfortable, supported, and safe. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

  • Due before class begins. 
  • Vipps and credit cards are accepted.  
  • No refunds on credit card payments. Credit towards the next class is given instead.

  • Active Military receives classes for free.
